Louis Manzoni

Louis began working for Art In Ice as a culinary student at Johnson & Wales University. He became very interested in ice carving and was appointed as a team member of the Johnson & Wales collegiate ice carving team. Eventually Louis became team captain and a two time collegiate champion. Currently Louis resides in Rhode Island and is a full time employee of Art In Ice Inc. Louis is truly a professional who loves what he is doing, which is obvious by the beautiful ice sculptures that he creates.
