Art in Ice requires a $50.00 deposit to secure a date. This deposit is non-refundable. (A larger depost may be required of larger and more intricate sculptures.)

Approximately 3 weeks before your function, you will receive an invoice which must be paid before your event.

We acccept credit cards, and personal checks, business checks, or money orders are also acceptable. If you cancel a function and then re-book the event, your deposit will still count.
